I have lovingly created this company over many years, following my passion, offering safe supportive space to you anywhere in the world. I am a truly holistic practitioner and known to be a warm, wise, passionate, and deeply intuitive person.

With a BSc in Psychology, I began my career working both in Education and The National Health Service. As a busy working Mother of three my health began to deteriorate.  I went on to spend over a decade fighting two chronic pain conditions and this is where my interest in holistic health was accelerated. Drawn to healing modalities that account for the body, mind, soul, and spirit I trained as a Level 3 Holistic Therapist, specializing in Reflexology, Massage, and Crystal Healing. As my knowledge and experience grew I was excited to go deeper into the world of energy medicine. 

I began training under Aimee Rai at The International School of Holistic Healing, where I went on to qualify as a Trauma Informed Somatic Therapist, Teacher of Medicinal Movement and Mediation. It was during this time I began to accelerate my own healing and my health began to stabilize. With a deep commitment to continuing my knowledge, I also began training with Michael D'altons School of Bio-Energy Healing, Vancouver, Canada. Qualifying as an International Bio-Energy Healing Practitioner and reaching full health. I was able to open my own practice bringing all my skills together, over the last few years I moved AURA online so no matter where you are in the world you can access these extremely powerful modalities whilst I support you to activate your body's own healing potential and restore your physical and emotional balance.
